So, my players met a (literal) parrothead aarakockra bard in a tavern playing Jimmy Buffet covers, and they really liked him, and then for some reason they decided that he should facilitate a group therapy session for them.

So this is that "therapy session." This is a role-playing, team-building, world-building handout and facilitation guide that I made for my roleplaying group.
