No One Ever Leaves is a 40 page diceless solo journaling game in which you will help a series of naive and hopeful families move into a haunted house, and then guide them through increasingly spooky scenarios until they ultimately succumb to the haunting and become one with the house for all of eternity!

Play with a standard 52-card deck of playing cards, because you can't shuffle dice!

Designed specifically for SUCCESSION SOLO play! After you finish a turn, the game is in a tidy state so that you can pass it to a friend so they can enjoy being haunted by your recently deceased family!

Feel the tension rise through four phases of play: the move in, the haunting, the peril, and the finale.

Fill out the REACTION WHEEL for each character so you never have to wonder how they will react in a situation.

Create MEMORIES and BELIEFS based on EXPERIENCES and their OUTCOMES. Then slowly erase those memories after a character becomes a spook.

DO NOT GO INTO THE BASEMENT! But if you do, use the optional Basement Delving rules to build a random map full of DANGER and POTENTIAL.
